Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods. The refund of the amounts paid will be made in the following ways:

  • if the initial payment for the goods was made by credit card or prepaid card, directly to the card within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods in our warehouses;
  • if the initial payment for the goods was made by bank transfer or by Paypal, where the customer has provided his IBAN code, by bank transfer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods in our warehouses.

MODE OF RETURN

The returned article:

  • It should be returned only after you have received the return identification number (RFI), which you must request by filling out the return request form.
  • It must have never been used, must not be damaged or dirty.
  • All returned goods are thoroughly checked and if the condition is found to be different from the original, the return will not be accepted.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with which it was received.
  • It must be shipped within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Notification of shipment must be sent by e-mail stating the date, the service used (mail/express courier) and, if possible, the waybill number.

If all these conditions are met, we will refund the amount of the product. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees will be charged for correctly returned items.

We will not process a refund for returns that do not meet all of the above conditions. You will still be able to have the item back at your expense in the condition in which it was received by INTECH Automazione Sistemi srl within 30 days of notification of receipt. If you do not request the return of the merchandise within this period, INTECH Automazione Sistemi srl may dispose of it at its discretion.
Refunds are made approximately within 6 days of receipt of the merchandise.

The amount will be credited back to the credit card, PayPal, or bank account used for the original order.
The time it takes for the amount to appear on your account will depend on the rules and procedures of the banks and credit card companies.
