Intech Automazione Sistemi s.r.l.<\/strong> opted for the implementation of a quality management system as the crowning achievement of a path of innovation and reorganization that finds its strength in the trust of its stakeholders, in the total transparency and linearity of internal activities and with the objective demonstration of commitment and compliance with legal requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The objectives that this system sets are identified in the Corporate Policy:<\/p>\n

  1. Compliance with applicable laws and contractual regulations<\/li>\n
  2. Development of customer relations by fostering a climate of trust and a positive and transparent perception of the corporate image<\/li>\n
  3. Improvement of quality standards in both production and process and customer service<\/li>\n
  4. Maintaining and developing the resources needed to carry out management activities<\/li>\n
  5. Attention to employees and personal and professional growth as well as care for the work environment and development of the ability to listen to and understand their respective needs.<\/li>\n
  6. Demonstration of proper implementation of the integrated management system while maintaining ISO 9001 certification by a third-party body<\/li>\n
  7. Harmonizing its development with respect for the environment and implementing efficient management of environmental aspects to decrease or eliminate the significant impacts of its activities on the environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    To achieve these goals and maintain them over time, Management:<\/p>\n

    1. Provides the technical, economic and human means to develop in the market and increase its competitiveness<\/li>\n
    2. Promotes the training and development of human resources in terms of knowledge, professionalism and involvement in business processes.<\/li>\n
    3. It also ensures full compliance with laws and regulations to protect consumers and public health through the application of strict processing and control systems.<\/li>\n
    4. It is committed to setting goals and strategies by documenting and disseminating them to ensure that the Company Policy is understood and supported at all levels.<\/li>\n
    5. Sets additional quantified goals, assigning responsibilities for those goals and measuring the degree to which they are achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      Intech Automazione Sistemi places among its future strategies the focus on investments in energy-saving processes and production optimization whose main purpose is to improve the relationship between product, energy consumption and sustainability by enhancing the peculiarities of innovation and excellence of the Italian product, investing in the production system, from raw material to finished product.<\/p>\n

      Ensures the use of personnel with the necessary experience, skill and degree of training, operating in premises with efficient facilities and equipment, properly maintained and meeting legal requirements.<\/p>\n

      The Corporate Policy of Intech, Systems Automation is reviewed at set intervals and whenever management identifies the need to ensure its continued suitability.<\/p>\n

      Through the Management Review tool, short-, medium- and long-term business objectives, methods and responsibilities are established and verified.<\/p>\n

      Management is committed to implementing and sustaining this policy, disseminating it, and periodically reviewing its understanding and implementation.
