INTECH ESTABLISHMENT
INTECH was established in Imola in 2003, being the result of a meeting of technical and administrative professionals with over ten years of experience in the area of production and application of electrical and electronic control equipment for industrial plants. To date INTECH Automazione Sistemi involves more than 20 people, including technicians, production workers and administration. The high level quality achieved during these years of operation has led our company into taking on a prominent role in the field of electrical control systems for industrial automation in Italy and abroad.
From design and production of switchboards up to industrial revamping, we can apply our expertise in various industries, including the entire chain of production of electrical cables, extrusion and moulding of plastics, rubber, steel plants, packaging, logistics, paper mills, production of optical fibre, cogeneration plants, industrial cooling systems and other areas.
OUR MISSION
We offer, with competence and professionalism, a complete service entailing from design to realization of automation systems, control panels and control software for automation, in addition to regeneration of industrial plants. Furthermore, we provide onsite and remote support services.
The whole production cycle is completely managed inside the company, the choice of hardware components, software development and verification of the externally acquired materials with their relevant final testing guarantee a high quality level of product and services to the client. All operations are conducted in compliance with the European regulations and in accordance with the provisions on plant safety.
Based on our designs, we internally build three-phase static Techdrive converters, single phase J-Drive converters, with capacity control and Soft Starter converters, in addition to special Legosystem modules. These products are installed on single or complex equipment.
In addition we buy and install, from carefully selected suppliers, HMI operator panels, brushless inverters, DC Drives, inverters and converters, temperature controllers, industrial computers, supervisory Scada software and PLC controllers.
