Temperature controllers

Temperature controll ers are used to control and maintain a constant temperature by means of a sensor that compares the value of the heated element with the value set by the user.

Microprocessor-based temperature controllers, in particular, present ease and flexibility of programming in parameters.

Applied temperature controllers include, in addition to traditional thermocouple or resistance thermometer probes, the use of analog current or voltage signals, which can detect any faults or interruptions in the heating element.

The temperature controllers used can be applied either in stand-alone solutions or integrated into field BUSes, to simplify and speed up machine operation.
