The plant is located in the USA, specifically in North Carolina. The line has been made for the producion of flat cables, used mostly for management and operation of lifts in skyscrapers.
The Customer is Prysmian Group SpA, world leader in copper, alluminium and fiber optic cables.

Intech has designed, realized and put in service the automation, both software and hardware, for the management of all the devices placed on the line and for the whole management of the line itself.
Beyond ensuring the perfect functionality and connection of the equipments, which are essential in the proper design of the automation of an industrial plant, this plant has focused on comfortable and intuitive management of the line to facilitate the operator, thus optimizing its productiveness.
This result was possible working on a particulary user friendly human/machine interface in the panels placed on the line.
The commissioning process, in which we took care of all the details, lasted 2-3 weeks, providing the customer with a tested and fully working system that complies with its production needs.
