The industrial plant is located in North Carolina USA; it is an extrusion line for flat cables (used for the management and operation of elevators in high-rise buildings).
The role of Intech
Intech carried out the automation (software & hardware) management of all the equipment on the plant.
In addition to ensuring the perfect functionality and connection of the equipment, which are indispensable features in the design of the automation of an industrial plant, in this plant the focus was on convenient and intuitive management to facilitate the operator thus optimizing his production time.
This result was possible thanks to digital terminals with particularly user-friendly machine-operator interfaces.
The commissioning process of the plant, which we took care of in all details, lasted 2-3 weeks, providing the customer with a tested plant that complies with production needs.
