Technical Description.
The 6SL3210-1PE33-7CL0 power module of the Siemens SYNAMICS family (PM240-2 series, FSG format) is designed for advanced control of three-phase motors. It supports power supply from 3AC 380-480 V ±10 % / 47-63 Hz, and integrates a braking chopper (brakingchopper) and category C3 line filter.
The “High Overload” (HO) version allows rated power up to 160 kW with overload 200 % for 3 s, 150 % for 57 s and 100 % for 240 s, in an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to +50 °C. The “Low Overload” (LO) version reaches up to 200 kW with 150 % for 3 s, 110 % for 57 s, 100 % for 240 s, in ambient temperature from -20 °C to +40 °C.
The module requires air cooling, compact size: 1000 × 305 × 357 mm (H×W×D), IP20 degree of protection (without control unit and panel). Net weight about 113 kg.
Key technical specifications include: current rating ~365 A (LO) / ~330 A (HO) for 3-phase line; output frequency up to 550 Hz in V/f control. Nominal line voltage 400 V, motor cable allowed up to 300 m (shielded) or 450 m (unshielded) in some versions.
Ideal for installation in power panels for industrial applications requiring high dynamic loads and temporary overload, with high performance and reliability requirements.
